Dinner for one:
Texas-marinated grilled striploin, rare, served with chive mashed potato and sauteed onion, arugula, and spinach. Paired with a 2009 Santa Julia Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva. Delicious!
It feels amazing to cook again—I haven’t done it since before my trip, over 6 months ago! I guess I’d better put those $400 worth of groceries I bought last night to good use…this was a decent start!
